Improving the Synergy of Teaching Practices, FETT Held a Coordination Meeting 2017 with Lab Schools

In order to improve the synergy of teaching practices between FETT Tidar University and lab schools, held a coordination meeting on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 in Room I.7 FETT Tidar University. The purpose of the coordination meeting is to provide information to the lab school about matters related to teaching practices in 2017, attended by the students of English Education Study Program and Bahasa Indonesia and Literature Study Program. The meeting opened by Prof. Sukarno, M.Si, the Dean of FETT.

Chairman of the Teaching Practices 2017 Committee, Lilia Indriani, M.Pd. explained “Teaching practice is a program that facilitates students in carrying out teaching practice which includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting; student learning difficulties service in relation to the subjects being taught; and schooling practices, namely participation in school services and management, under the guidance of lecturers, teachers, and principals.”

The coordination meeting also discussed the purpose of Teaching Practice, the number of participants, the number of lab schools, schedules, assessment format book, the book performance of field lecturers, and handbooks of teaching practice 2017. In addition, the question and answer sessions or discussions at the meeting between the lab schools with the FETT teaching practice 2017 committee showed a good synergy to improve the quality of teaching practice 2017 that can be run successfully.
