Setiap awal semester, mahasiswa diwajibkan mengajukan rencana studi, termasuk mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir/ skripsi. Mulai semester ini, sistem pembimbingan Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) mengalami perubahan. Perubahan yang terjadi yaitu terdapat penambahan opsi Penawaran Mata Kuliah dan menu Batal Tambah KRS (KRS Tahap 2) diadakan sebelum perkuliahan dimulai.
Menurut Koordinator Program Studi (Koorprodi) Pendidikan Matematika, Arief Budi Wicaksono, M.Pd., “Tujuan penambahan menu Penawaran Mata Kuliah adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah mahasiswa yang akan mengambil mata kuliah sehingga dapat diestimasi banyaknya kelas yang akan di buka untuk mata kuliah tersebut”. Pada sistem Pengisian KRS sebelumnya mahasiswa langsung mengisi KRS tanpa harus memesan mata kuliah, sehingga tidak dapat diketahui banyaknya mahasiswa yang akan mengambil mata kuliah tersebut. Penawaran kuliah pada semester genap tahun akademik 2018/2019 dijadwalkan pada 7-13 Februari 2019.
Kegiatan Pengisisan KRS dan Validasi KRS dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20-22 Februari 2019 mendatang. Pengisian KRS dan Validasi KRS di semester ini tidak berbeda dengan semester sebelumnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mahasiswa Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) dan non UKT.
Kegiatan KRS Tahap 2 atau Batal Tambah KRS dijadwalkan pada tanggal 25-28 Februari 2019, sebelum perkuliahan dimulai. Menurut Arief Budi Wicaksono, M.Pd., “Adanya perubahan jadwal Batal Tambah KRS untuk mengantisipasi kerugian yang dialami mahasiswa. Jika Batal Tambah KRS dijadwalkan setelah perkuliahan dimulai, maka mahasiswa bisa kehilangan sampai dua kali pertemuan”. Berdasarkan sistem, mahasiswa yang kehadirannya tidak mencapai 75% tidak diizinkan mengikuti Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS). [FR]

Starting this semester, the system for the Study Plan (KRS) has changed. The changes that occur are the additional of “Course Offer” and the “Cancel or Add KRS” menus. The students are obliged to order and fill their KRS before the lecture starts.
According to the Coordinator of Mathematics Education Study Program, Arief Budi Wicaksono, M.Pd., “The purpose of adding the “Course Offer” menu is to find out the number of students who will take courses so that the number of classes that will be opened for the courses can be estimated” . In the previous KRS filling system, the students immediately filled in the KRS without having a chance to order courses, so it was difficult to track down the numbers of students who would take the course. The offer for lectures in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year is scheduled for 7-13 February 2019. KRS and validation for KRS fillout activities will be held on the 20-22 February 2019.
