Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Untidar makin konsisten memberikan layanan yang terbaik untuk masyarakat. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut, FKIP Untidar mengirimkan 3 dosen untuk mewakili setiap program studi mengikuti acara Bimbingan Teknis Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (Bimtek SPMI). Acara tersebut diselenggarakan oleh Ditjen Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan-Kemenristekdikti dan bertempat di Universitas Veteran Bangun Sukoharjo (Univet). Acara yang bertema Melalui SPMI Kita Tingkatkan Budaya Mutu yang Berkelanjutan tersebut digelar pada Kamis-Jumat (3-4 Agustus 2017).

“Mutu perguruan tinggi terletak pada kekuatan masing-masing prodi. Jika prodi menyelenggarakan layanan dengan baik, perguruan tinggi juga akan baik,” tutur Prof. Kusminarto, fasilitator pusat saat memberikan materi.

Acara tersebut diikuti oleh 8 perguruan tinggi di Jawa tengah. Setiap PT mengirimkan 1 wakil tiap prodi dan 2 wakil penjaminan mutu tingkat PT. Untidar mengirimkan 17 wakil yang terdiri atas 16 wakil prodi dan 1 wakil penjaminan mutu PT merangkap prodi. FKIP diwakili oleh Candradewi Wahyu Anggraeni, M.Pd. (PBI), Asri Wijayanti, S.Pd., M.A (PBSI), dan Dr. Setiyo Prajoko, M.Pd. (Prodi Pendidikan IPA). PJM Untidar diwakili oleh Dr. Ir. Sapto Nisworo, M.T, koordinator penjaminan mutu Untidar.

Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di Perguuruan Tinggi mengacu pada UU No. 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi pasal 7 ayat (3) c yang berbunyi “Tugas dan wewenang atas penyelenggaraan PT meliputi: c. peningkatan penjaminan mutu, relevansi, keterjangkauan, pemerataan yang berkeadilan, dan akses PT secara berkelanjutan”. Manajemen SPMI mengikuti pola PPEPP (Penetapan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, Pengendalian, dan Peningkatan) sesuai dengan pasal 52 ayat (2) UU No. 12 Tahun 2012.

Acara dilanjutkan dengan Rencana tindak lanjut (RTL) implementasi SPMI dan umpan balik dari fasilitator. Selain fasilitator pusat, pada acara tersebut dihadirkan juga fasilitator wilayah, Dr. Ir. Supari. RTL akan diaudit setelah 6 bulan. WJ

Faculty of Education and Teachers Training (FETT) Tidar University is consistent to give best service to society. Moreover, FETT sent three lecturers to be the representatives of each study program to join Bimbingan Teknis Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (Bimtek SPMI) – an event that was held for giving an overview toward system of internal quality standard.  The event was held by Directorate General  of Learning and  Student Affairs- Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education at University of Veteran Bangun Sukoharjo. The theme of the event was Melalui SPMI Kita Tingkatkan Budaya Mutu yang BerkelanjutanThrough SPMI, We Improve Continuous Quality Culture in which it was hosted on Thursday-Friday (August 3-4, 2017).

“The quality of university is based on the quality of each study program. If the study program provide good services, the university will be better too,” said Prof. Kusminarto, the facilitator of BIMTEK SPMI.

BIMTEK SPMI was attended by 8 universities in Central Java. Each university sent 1 representative for each study program and two representatives of quality standard in the university. Tidar University sent 17 representatives that consisted of 16 representatives of study program and 1 person that became quality standard representative of study program and university. FETT was represented by Candradewi Wahyu Anggraeni, M.Pd. (English Education Study Program), Asri Wijayanti, S.Pd., M.A (Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program), and Dr. Setiyo Prajoko, M.Pd. (Science Education Study Program). Quality Standard Team of Tidar University was represented by Dr. Ir. Sapto Nisworo, M.T.  as the coordinator of Tidar University Quality Standard.

System of Internal Quality Standard in University was based on UU No. 12 Tahun 2012 about Higher Education chapter 7 verse (3) c that said “Duties and authorities of the implementation in higher education are: c. the improvement of quality standard, relevance, affordability, equitable distribution, and access the university continuously”. Management of SPMI used PPEPP (Penetapan-Determination, Pelaksanaan-Implementation, Evaluasi­-Evaluation, Pengendalian-Control, dan Peningkatan– Improvement) guidance that was based on chapter 52 verse (2) UU No. 12 Tahun 2012.

The event was continued by discussing the implementation of Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL) – Follow Up Plan and the feedback from the facilitators (Prof. Kusminarto and Dr. Ir. Supari). All in all, RTL will be audited next 6 months.  (CA)
