Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) UNTIDAR tahun ini mendapatkan hibah Program Penugasan Dosen di Sekolah (PDS) dan Sistem Pembelajaran Daring Indonesia (SPADA). Kedua hibah program ini melibatkan semua program studi di FKIP UNTIDAR.
Hibah program PDS merupakan penugasan kepada dosen di sekolah untuk membina sekolah supaya terdapat keselarasan antara sekolah dan universitas. Menurut Widya Ratna Kusumaningrum, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.Ed., salah satu latar belakang program PDS ini adalah karena adanya gap yang cukup besar antara sekolah dan universitas. Program PDS menjadi salah satu sarana kolaborasi antara sekolah dan universitas dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.
Sementara itu pelaksanaan SPADA terbagi menjadi beberapa program, yaitu blended learning, pembelajaran daring (online), dan pembelajaran terbuka. Beberapa mata kuliah yang menggunakan pembelajaran blended learning adalah Public Speaking, Quantitative Research Methods in Language Education, dan Perkembangan Peserta Didik. Mata kuliah yang menggunakan daring adalah Pengantar Pendidikan dan Profesi Kependidikan. Mata kuliah yang menggunakan pembelajaran terbuka adalah Educational Statistics, Psikologi Pendidikan, Kewirausahaan, dan Qualitative Research Methods. Menanggapi hal ini Dr.Ericka Darmawan, M.Pd. menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan program SPADA di UNTIDAR telah diintegrasikan dengan sistem pembelajaran daring dari UNTIDAR yaitu ELITA. (FR)

Faculty of Teachers Training and Education (FKIP) Universitas Tidar received grants from the government in “Program Penugasan Dosen di Sekolah (PDS)” and “Development of Online Learning System (SPADA). Both grant programs involved all study programs in FKIP Universitas Tidar.
PDS itself is a program which assigned lecturers in schools to foster schools so there is harmony between schools and universities. According to Widya Ratna Kusumaningrum, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.Ed., one background of the PDS program is that there is a large gap between schools and universities. The PDS program is a means of collaboration between schools and universities in improving the quality of education in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, the implementation of SPADA is divided into several programs, namely blended learning, online learning, and open learning. Some courses that use blended learning are Public Speaking, Quantitative Research Methods in Language Education, and Student Development. Furthermore, courses which are online courses are Introduction to Education and the Education Profession. Courses that use open learning are Educational Statistics, Educational Psychology, Entrepreneurship, and Qualitative Research Methods. Responding to the program Dr.Ericka Darmawan, M.Pd. explained that the implementation of the SPADA program at Universitas TIdar had been integrated with the online learning system from UNTIDAR namely ELITA.
