Mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana S-2 Pendidikan Mahasiswa mengadakan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) ke Malaysia pada Senin – Kamis (23 – 26 Juli 2018) lalu. Kegiatan ini sebagai penguatan dan penunjang perkuliahan di kelas.

“Mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki pengalaman mengobservasi pembelajaran di sana. Selain itu, setelah mengikuti KKL mahasiswa dapat menemukan kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan sehingga mereka tidak hanya mempelajari teori. Oleh karena itu, tempat tujuan KKL mahasiswa adalah instansi yang berhubungan dengan disiplin ilmu mahasiswa,” tutur Dr. Yulia Esti Katrini, M.S., Koordinator Program Studi S-2 Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia Untidar.

Seluruh mahasiswa S-2 kompak untuk mengikuti KKL ini. Mereka didampingi langsung oleh Prof. Dr. Sukarno, M.Si., Dekan FKIP, sekaligus Dosen Pascasarjana S-2 Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia. Kegiatan yang memadukan kunjungan atau study-banding dan wisata ini dilaksanakan di Semashur (Sekolah Menengah Sains Hulu Selangor) setara sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK)  dan 4 sekolah kebangsaan (SK) setara sekolah dasar (SD) di Indonesia. Setelah itu, mahasiswa berkunjung ke Genting Highlands, pasar seni, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Twin Tower, bukit bintang, dan Putrajaya.

Tahun 2018 ini merupakan KKL S-2 pertama kali yang diikuti mahasiswa semester 3 pascasarjana. Pasalnya, tahun 2017 kemarin merupakan angkatan pertama Program Pascasarjana S-2 Pendidikan Bahasa di Indonesia di Untidar. Pada tahun pertama ini tercatat 7 mahasiswa aktif yang mengikuti perkuliahan. Semoga ke depan Pascasarjana Untidar lebih maju dan berkembang.(WJ)

Post-graduate Students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program conducted fieldwork in Malaysia on Monday – Thursday (23-26 July 2018). This activity aimed to class lecture’s reinforcement and support.

“Students are expected to have some experiences of learning observation at the class. After joining fieldwork, the students found the reality so that they do not only learn theory. Hence, , the destination of the student is an institution that deals with student disciplines,” said Dr. Yulia Esti Katrini,M.Si as the Coordinator of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Post-graduate Program UNTIDAR.

All post-graduate students are coincided to follow this fieldwork. They were accompanied by Prof. Dr. Sukarno, M.Sc, Dean of FETT and Postgraduate Indonesian Language and Literature lecturer. This fieldwork integrated both visitation and vacation that were carried out at Semashur (Sekolah Menengah Sains Hulu Selangor) equivalent to vocational high schools (SMK) and 4 Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) equivalents to elementary schools in Indonesia. After that, students visit Genting Highlands, art markets, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Twin Tower, Bukit Bintang, and Putrajaya.

This year is the first time for third semester postgraduate students joined fieldwork. Last year was the first generation of Postgraduate Program in Indonesian Language and Literature Education at Untidar. There were 7 students who attending the lectures. Hopefully, Postgraduate Untidar is more advanced and developed. (AG)
